When the owners of 374 Congress wanted to breathe some life into this small entry lobby, they called Davis Square Architects, who had been providing area calculations and space planning for the building for many years. DSA gave the space a bright new look and feel that referenced Boston’s Seaport District’s past and brought out the historic warmth of the building.
A new lighting package enhanced the wood and masonry structure. The exterior was also upgraded with new signage and screening to shield adjacent service spaces on this tight urban site.
