Village Hill at Northampton is located within walking distance to beautiful downtown Northampton. Developed by The Community Builders and Valley Community Development Corporation, Village Hill consists of two buildings: North Commons, which houses 53 apartments and is Passive House-certified, and 35 Village Hill Road, which contains 12 units and commercial space.
Targeting low- to middle-income households, Village Hill is mixed-income, and continues the redevelopment of the former Northampton State Hospital site. The project also involved the purchase of over 18 acres of protected conservation land and the completion of trail connections that surround the building and provide a beautiful playground and active/passive recreation area for the entire community to enjoy.
