Simon-Kucher & Partners is a global management consulting firm with 860 employees in 29 offices worldwide. Davis Square Architects teamed up with Simon-Kucher and Cresa Boston on reconfigurations for Simon-Kucher's Cambridge office. Due to a varied project scope, the challenge was coming up with an approach that was tailored specifically to Simon-Kucher's needs.

Working closely with Cresa Boston, an occupier-focused commercial real estate firm, the design team developed several methods that helped streamline the process, resulting in a more efficient delivery of services while saving time and money project-wide. An overall standard for finishes, lighting and furniture was created, along with a master matrix document that categorized every space to ensure consistency. The finished result is a beautiful, open new space that maximizes flexibility and provides a fresh new look for the company.
