Davis Square Architects is currently working with The Community Builders on Sever Street, a five-building, 132-unit affordable rental community located in Worcester. Planned renovations such as selective kitchen and bathroom modernization, window replacement, façade and balcony repairs, accessibility and HVAC upgrades, electrical and life safety system improvements as well as courtyard design will all contribute to the preserved affordability of this valued community.
