Davis Square Architects worked with The Community Builders on Sever Street Apartments, the occupied rehab of a five-building, 132-unit affordable senior rental community located in Worcester.
Much-needed renovations such as a redesigned courtyard, selective kitchen and bathroom modernization, window replacement, façade and balcony repairs, accessibility and HVAC upgrades, electrical and life safety system improvements all contribute to the preserved affordability of this valued community.
