Davis Square Architects is currently working on Scranton & Main, a new affordable senior residential development with a commercial storefront on Main Street in Falmouth.
The project will bring 48 units of housing to the downtown area and feature outdoor recreation and gathering spaces, an on-site solar installation, and a roof deck as well as a community room. Scranton & Main is Phius 2021 Design Certified.
