Davis Square Architects teamed up with Affirmative Investments and Falmouth Housing Corporation on Little Pond Place, a four-building, 40-unit affordable rental development located in Falmouth, MA. The project consists of 10 one-bedroom, 26 two-bedroom, and four three-bedroom units, as well as stylishly appointed common areas and community building, and landscaped greenspaces.
Little Pond Place was developed to respond to a need for a wide range of affordable housing opportunities as well as a proposed community that serves as a model for family rental housing. The project will be seeking LEED Silver certification.
