Indigo Block is a new mixed-use development featuring an 80-unit, LEED-Gold certified affordable and moderate-income rental building, a fitness center, community room, multiple and adaptable work spaces, and solar panels. The project also includes 9 separate market-rate condominiums, as well as a standalone building for light industrial and office use.
Originally home to a bread factory, the redevelopment of the site creates new opportunities and growth for Dorchester’s Uphams Corner neighborhood, and provides a more direct link to the MBTA Commuter Rail station conveniently located next to the property.
