Holcroft Park Homes, Phase 1

Phase I of Holcroft Park Homes is 29 new units of affordable housing in the Gloucester Crossing neighborhood of Beverly, MA. Located adjacent to a newly refurbished city park, the project replaces both vacant land and abandoned buildings in an attempt to stitch the neighborhood block together and revitalize the community.

The project consists of four ENERGY STAR®-rated buildings and has significant green features including solar thermal panels, spray foam insulation, and high-efficiency heating. Other highlighted elements include designated accessible units, new floors, new appliances, and the convenience of nearby public transportation.
