Harborwalk Café

Davis Square Architects performed ongoing comprehensive architectural services for this 200,000 sf office facility located on the waterfront adjacent to the Charlestown Navy Yard, and also completed design and construction of a new café space in the building. We have had a 20+ year ongoing relationship with National Development at Constitution Center, and have assisted the developer in a wide variety of design and planning services. Ongoing work includes planning for parking and exterior pathways, repurposing of the original Bicentennial “Pavilion” building, accessibility study and designs, leasing documents/area calculations, design of common areas and interior office tenant spaces.
