DwellTime is a coffee bar and bake shop located in Cambridge’s historic F.B. Hubley Auction Gallery. Davis Square Architects worked with the owners to create an island-style layout that supports an open atmosphere. The renovations included restoring the façade following historic guidelines, preserving the tin ceiling and maple floors, and modernizing all mechanical and electrical systems.
