Dudley Crossing is an exciting new mixed-use project that brings additional affordable units to Roxbury’s Nubian Square neighborhood. The new five-story, 24-unit building consists of ample community space, ground-floor commercial space, and a mix of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom units.
The project also includes the interior and exterior renovation of two historic buildings, Villa Nova and Hampden Dunmore, which brings their 23 apartments up to code and accessibility standards, including energy efficient systems, improvements to life safety, all new doors and windows and some masonry repairs. Dudley Crossing’s location provides access to the many cultural, commercial, educational, and transportation opportunities Nubian Square has to offer.
Dudley Crossing’s new building is Phius CORE 2021 Design Certified.
