Davis Square Architects is currently working on Dudley Crossing, an exciting new mixed-use project that will bring 24 affordable units to Roxbury’s Nubian Square neighborhood. The new five-story building will consist of ample community space, ground-floor commercial space, and a mix of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom units.
The project also includes the interior and exterior renovation of two historic buildings, which will bring them up to code and accessibility standards, including energy efficient systems, improvements to life safety, and repairs and interior renovations. Dudley Crossing’s location provides access to the many cultural, commercial, educational, and transportation opportunities Nubian Square has to offer.
Dudley Crossing is Phius CORE 2021 Design certified.
