Delphi Construction Corporate Headquarters

When Delphi Construction outgrew their previous headquarters, they decided it was time to move to a space that could accommodate their expansion and future growth. Davis Square Architects worked closely with Delphi on their new corporate headquarters in Waltham, MA, which features a post-modern Industrial design through exposed metal ceilings and black steel beams, complemented by polished concrete floors. The 7,000+ sf renovation and fit-out blends functionality and beautiful design to provide Delphi with 18 offices, workspaces and three conference rooms, as well as a pantry and lounge area. Highlights include floor-to-ceiling glass walls that allow for an abundance of natural light and window views, and a conference room equipped with state-of-the-art technology to create a virtual room for remote meeting guests.
