Davis Square Architects teamed up with Hebrew SeniorLife for renovations to The Cohen Residences at 112 Centre Street, an affordable senior community. A national services leader redefining the aging experience by providing complete and integrated high-quality healthcare, services and housing for seniors, Hebrew SeniorLife encourages the idea of reshaping and redefining the aging experience.
The project is an exciting and transformative renovation of a 98-unit high-rise in Brookline’s Coolidge Corner neighborhood. As the building had not been renovated since its construction in 1976, the scope of work included system upgrades, a full replacement of the 12-story façade, new and improved units and common areas, and HC accessibility upgrades.
