Spanning 19 buildings and 217 units in Dorchester, Blue Mountain Apartments is a scattered-site development located in an historic district. Davis Square Architects worked with The NHP Foundation on extensive renovations to the entire project, including exterior masonry repairs, life safety systems and accessibility upgrades, as well as energy efficiency improvements. Unit kitchens and baths were modernized, and common areas updated. These substantial buildings have been restored to their former glory while maintaining each home’s affordability for many years to come.
