Info
Bartlett Station is a joint-venture 10-building, 367-unit mixed-use new neighborhood of affordable, moderate, market-rate rental and homeownership housing, senior housing, and commercial/retail space. Situated on a former MBTA lot just outside Dudley Square, this transit-oriented development will offer public and private greenspaces complete with outdoor seating and dining areas, tot lots, and generous planted walkways. The project is designed to be both a comprehensive community and form a nexus between the surrounding neighborhoods.
The project is registered with the LEED-ND pilot program, targeting a Gold or Silver rating. The team envisions a broadly sustainable development to include a variety of sustainable elements and technologies.
