Info
Bartlett Station is a joint-venture 10-building, 380-unit mixed-use new neighborhood of affordable, moderate, market-rate rental and homeownership housing, senior housing, and commercial/retail space. Situated on a former MBTA lot just outside Nubian Square, this transit-oriented development offers public and private greenspaces complete with outdoor seating and dining areas, tot lots, and generous planted walkways. The project is designed to be both a comprehensive community and form a nexus between the surrounding neighborhoods.
Implementing a wide variety of broadly sustainable development technologies and elements, the project is registered with the LEED-ND pilot program, and is the recipient of numerous awards for its innovation in brownfield site redevelopment and utilization.
