Nick Zartarian joined Davis Square Architects in 2020 as a designer. He brings experience in residential housing, as well as custom carpentry new construction and renovation projects. Managing multiple projects has provided him with skills such as in-the-field construction experience and construction detailing, documentation and drafting, as well as keeping projects on budget without compromising design. He also brings experience as a landscape designer.
Nick is currently working on Dudley Crossing, an exciting new transit-oriented, mixed-use project that includes both new construction and historic renovation. The new building will be both Zero-Emissions and Passive House-certified, bringing 24 affordable units and retail to Roxbury’s Nubian Square neighborhood. He is also working on 125 Amory Street, the extensive occupied rehab of an affordable senior community on the Jamaica Plain/Roxbury line near Egleston and Jackson Squares.
Nick is currently pursuing his Master of Architecture at the Boston Architectural College, and graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture.
