Kevin Vician joined Davis Square Architects as a Project Architect in 2017, and has over 30 years of experience in the design and construction of single and multifamily residential projects. He brings expertise in project management, leading teams from a project’s concept to completion while ensuring quality control throughout all phases. His in-depth knowledge of code and strong attention to detail keeps projects running on budget and on time. Kevin’s current projects include Chestnut Crossing, a downtown Springfield six-story, 104-unit high-rise featuring extensive interior renovations that will convert the old YMCA SRO units into enhanced SRO units with individual kitchenettes, as well as accessibility and life safety upgrades, select envelope restoration and all new windows. He also recently completed 402 Rindge Avenue, a 273-unit high-rise occupied rehab in Cambridge that includes a dramatic modernization of ground-floor amenities, in addition to a new community room, health and fitness center and computer café.
A jack of all trades, Kevin has also contributed to business development and sales, as well as internal marketing and branding initiatives at other positions. His leadership abilities and wide experience have also lent themselves to mentoring and training designers and colleagues in the field.
