Dudley Crossing has been designed and built to meet the rigorous energy performance standards of the Passive House Institute US (PHIUS), and emphasizes a tight envelope and efficient building systems.
An exciting mixed-use project that increases affordability in Roxbury’s Nubian Square neighborhood, this five-story building consists of ample community space, ground-floor commercial space, and 24 family apartments.
