DSA is thrilled to congratulate our client NeighborWorks Housing Solutions (NHS) for completing the stunning renovation and adaptive reuse of the historic Lincoln School in Brockton. Now named The Lincoln, the project repurposed the 1896 school for 37 efficient, affordable apartments for seniors. DSA’s Kevin Vician, Adam Richter, and Iric Rex attended the festive ribbon-cutting event, and spent time with some of the project team — NeighborWorks Housing Solutions, Curtis Construction, and VHB — as well as representatives of the funding agencies and local officials who all helped to make this wonderful project a reality.
Photos include Brockton Mayor Robert Sullivan describing the project; Mayor Sullivan reading a congratulatory proclamation with NHS’s Robert Corley and Cindy Pendergast; and a group shot of the project team with Noelle Humphries of NHS cutting the ceremonial ribbon.
