170 Cottage Street’s phase 1 steel erection and decking installation is underway, phase 2 foundation work and soil management are coming along, and the slab-on-deck framing will begin soon! The new building will provide 66 affordable homes as well as a community room, underground parking, laundry rooms, and space for onsite services.
