The 62 Packard Street project in Hudson has broken ground — congratulations to Metro West Collaborative Development! This new multi-building development will provide 31 affordable apartments and 9 townhomes as well as common open space and amenities for the residents. What was once the site of a police station will now also include a community building designed to Passive House requirements; the townhouses are designed to the LEED Homes v4 standard. DSA is proud to be involved in this sustainable, transformative project and looks forward to construction!
