We are thrilled to share that our Squirrelwood Apartments has been selected as ENR's New England Best Project winner for the Renovation/Restorations category; the project also received an Award of Merit in the Excellence in Sustainability category. Squirrelwood is not your typical affordable housing project. Located in the heart of Cambridge with 88 apartment units in total, we provided 2 new buildings designed to PHIUS standards, improved the building systems in the existing structures, and renovated the existing historic structures on site.
