Bethany Communities’ Growing Together event last month celebrated the advancement of their Merrimack Place project, which will provide 48 new units of affordable elderly housing in the heart of Haverhill. Iric Rex of Davis Square Architects had a great time attending the event and meeting so many of the wonderful staff and service providers on the Bethany team. The evening featured a focus on the nexus between the City of Haverhill’s industrial history and the thriving arts community in the “ShoeStories” silent art auction, presented by Cogswell ArtSpace.
