Check out some photos of our recently completed project with South Middlesex Opportunity Council (SMOC)! 10 Roxanna Street involved the gut renovation of an existing childcare center to provide accessibility, as well as a new entry addition with an elevator, and improved childcare spaces. Administrative and office spaces were also part of the project, plus a flexible space to serve the needs of the surrounding community. A large, open-span metal building, the 14,000 sf space posed many challenges. Faced with an aggressive schedule dictated by COVID shutdowns to the childcare spaces, we worked closely with ZVI Construction to come up with creative and cost-effective solutions that could be implemented in the short timeframe. The building now has all new interiors and furnishings, HVAC systems, and is waiting for a colorful mural to complete the exterior.
