Construction is complete at The Gerson Building! This exciting new development transformed the former Gerson Furniture Company site in downtown Haverhill into a new mixed-use building, consisting of 44 affordable units for veterans and their families. Developed by Coalition for a Better Acre and Veterans Northeast Outreach Center, The Gerson Building is a welcome addition to the neighborhood, and only a three-minute walk to the MBTA Commuter Rail station as well as popular downtown restaurants and shops.
