Construction is underway at Village Hill at Northampton’s North Commons, one of Davis Square Architects’ current Passive House projects! Co-developed by The Community Builders and Valley Community Development Corporation, North Commons is part of a two-building development, and will house 53 apartments and be Passive House-certified. The other building, 35 Village Hill Road, is in the last stages of construction and features 12 units as well as commercial space.
