Situated on a prominent intersection in Dorchester’s Fields Corner neighborhood, this new mixed-use development occupies the site of a former bowling alley and totals 31,410 sf in commercial spaces and residential rental units. Lucky Strike is also an excellent example of smart growth and transit-oriented design, as the site is only a five-minute walk to the Fields Corner Red Line MBTA stop.
