Construction has begun at Auburn Court, one of Davis Square Architects’ current projects. Owned and sponsored by Homeowners Rehab, the project is located in Central Square in Cambridge. It is the selective renovation of nine buildings – one six-story mid-rise and eight three- or four-story low-rises – and the addition of a new four-story building containing eight apartments. The new building, located at 3 Brookline Place, will be LEED for Homes-certified.
