Davis Square Architects worked with Madison Park Development Corporation on extensive renovations to Haynes House, a 131-unit, 7-story high-rise brick building located in Roxbury. Originally built in 1974 on an urban renewal site, Haynes House was more than ready for improvements.
An exciting highlight of the project is the all-new 300-foot façade replacement, a significant design and energy efficiency opportunity. The renovation plan also included 100% window replacement and new storefront building entries, in addition to life safety system upgrades, energy enhancements, accessibility improvements, and lobby and selective unit upgrades, along with full renovation to the community room and building amenities.
