Jacob V. Bruneau

Construction Administration Manager

Jacob Bruneau has been with Davis Square Architects for 15 years. He serves as a construction administration manager and clerk-of-the-works for many of the firm’s projects, managing all facets of the construction administration process through closeout. In his role as project team liaison, he works closely with fellow team members to ensure projects are of the highest quality, delivered smoothly on time and on budget.

Jake has worked on Hope House, the new construction, 35,000 sf residential treatment center for men, expanding one of Boston’s oldest substance abuse treatment facilities’ offerings. He is currently working on Sever Street Apartments, a 5-building, 132-unit affordable rental community located in Worcester, featuring renovations such as selective kitchen and bathroom modernization, window replacement, façade and balcony repairs, accessibility upgrades, HVAC upgrades, electrical and life safety system improvements as well as courtyard design. Jake also recently completed Cortes Street, a development providing affordable housing options for extremely low-income, homeless or formerly homeless individuals. 48 single-room occupancies in three bow-front rowhouses were transformed into a 40-unit residence, with the scope of work including accessibility upgrades, masonry restoration, new windows, and energy efficiency improvements.
