Jacob Bruneau

Jacob Bruneau has been with Davis Square Architects for over 8 years. He serves as a clerk-of-the-works for many of our projects that are under construction. Among his projects are the Lower Mills Apartments, the 179-efficiency unit and exterior renovation in Dorchester, Massachusetts, as well as work with the Tenants’ Development Corporation on rehabilitating 285 units of housing in 56 buildings scattered throughout Boston’s South End Historic District. Additionally, Jake has worked on Hope House, the new construction, 35,000 sf residential treatment center for men, expanding one of Boston’s oldest substance abuse treatment facilities’ offerings.

Jake has taken several post-baccalaureate classes in construction management and technical construction. His studies and his attention to detail have helped to smoothly guide projects through the construction administration process and deliver an excellent finished project.
