A leading provider of affordable senior housing and supportive services, Bethany Communities partnered with Davis Square Architects on Merrimack Corner, an exciting milestone for the City of Haverhill’s affordable housing development. Merrimack Corner consists of a new five-story, 48-unit senior residence, and renovations to the existing adjacent 148-unit Merrivista senior living community.
A connecting skybridge allows residents of all 196 apartments to access complementary amenity spaces in both properties, which include a health and wellness center, a nursing and medical service area, exercise facilities, classroom spaces, and a generous community center/activity room.
