Indigo Block is a new mixed-use project consisting of 80 affordable and moderate-income rental apartments, a fitness center, community room, multiple and adaptable work spaces, and solar panels. This apartment building achieved LEED-Gold certification. The project also includes 9 separate market-rate condominiums and a stand-alone building for light industrial and office use.

Originally home to a bread factory, the redevelopment of the site at 65 Cottage Street creates new opportunities and growth for the Uphams Corner neighborhood and provides a more direct link to the MBTA commuter rail station conveniently located next to the property. The project is named after the future Indigo Line, which is the anticipated expansion of the commuter rail.
