Interior fit-out

Formerly home to a furniture company, the Davenport Building was converted to office use in the 1980s. A combination of 14 different historic buildings, the property has a rich industrial aesthetic with exposed brick walls and areas of both timber-framed and exposed concrete structure. It also has multiple grids, levels and finishes, making it a challenge to work in.

Working with Paradigm Properties to assist in design and management, Davis Square Architects’ scope of work included surveying existing conditions, area measurements, management of digital building information, preparation of building marketing plans and design of interior spaces. We have also designed a number of tenant and common area spaces throughout the building.
