We are thrilled to officially welcome Prema Riveira-Grand back to DSA! After interning with the firm in 2024, Prema has returned as our newest Designer.
Since her return, Prema is currently working on two scattered-site historic occupied rehabs: RTH Trio Renovations, a 29-building, 107-unit community in Boston’s Roxbury Crossing neighborhood, and Washington Columbia Apartments, an 11-building, 153-unit community in Dorchester.
Prema earned both her Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Master of Architecture from the Wentworth Institute of Technology. While at Wentworth, she received a concentration in Adaptive Reuse as well as a certification in Community-Engaged Design and Social Practice, deepening her passion for community-centered design and creating spaces that reflect the needs and voices of the people who use them.
