DSA’s Laura Cella-Mowatt, AIA was at the groundbreaking for the redevelopment of Lakeside Apartments in Worcester!
The project will replace the existing 1949-era buildings with new, energy-efficient housing designed to Passive House standards, benefiting both current and future residents. The first phase will feature 116 units across two multifamily buildings and will be part of a larger 34-building, 202-unit affordable community near Coes Pond recreational area and next to the revitalized East-West Trail.
