This new mixed-use affordable senior community in the heart of downtown Falmouth offers 48 one-bedroom and studio apartments for residents aged 62 and older, along with a commercial storefront and a range of inviting indoor and outdoor amenities, including a putting green, roof deck, community room, and library. Steps from recreation and senior centers, public transit, and Main Street’s shops and restaurants, Scranton & Main is a vibrant addition to the Falmouth community.
