Davis Square Architects is excited to announce that Adam Richter has just joined the firm as a designer! An adaptive multitasker with strong communication skills and experience in 3D modeling, sketching and construction document preparation, Adam enjoys working on a variety of projects to help each team meet their goals. Prior to joining the firm, he interned at several Massachusetts firms and one in Vermont. Adam is currently working on Lincoln School Apartments, the preservation and adaptive reuse of an historic school into 39 affordable apartments for seniors, in addition to Elmwood Avenue, the redevelopment of a vacant lot into a new four-story building consisting of 30 studio apartments and shared community space. He recently graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology with his Master of Architecture, as well as his Bachelor of Science in Architecture. Welcome, Adam!
