Davis Square Architects’ intern Miranda Stuckey gave an office-wide Lunch & Learn last week on her recent study abroad in China, where she and her classmates had the opportunity to explore three cities and their architectural significance. Highlights from her travels include visiting the Lingyin Temple and the Feilai Feng Grottoes in Hangzhou, 1933, a former slaughterhouse converted into studio space in Shanghai, and the Lingering Garden and Humble Administrators Garden in Suzhou, a canal town that has been deemed historically significant.
